Terms and conditions for Running Supporters Coaches to Away Matches
Coach Travel will be run to away matched subject to sufficient bookings. Places can be booked through the Sixways Ticket Office
Anyone wishing to book must do so by the close of business on the Friday (or Saturday if it is a home match day) of the week before the match. When booking you must supply an e-mail address and phone number so we can contact you for any changed to arrangements etc.
Once booked, cancellation will only be accepted with 8 days notice before the date of travel. No refunds will be given for places cancelled after that date.
WRFC Trading Ltd retains the right to cancel coaches if there are insufficient booking. This decision will be made on the Monday morning before the match, and, in the unfortunate event that a coach need to be cancelled, you will be notified by email on that day. Any money paid will be refunded in full.
