Was told at Exeter match yesterday that the club will not be running a coach to the Wasps match new years day, can you shed any light?

The Club tried to get a coach but the cheapest estimate they were given was £30 per head. This was deemed too expensive so there will be no coach run from the club to Wasps

How can indivuduals get coaches at a much cheaper price that the club? If the club wants the support of those of us willing to travel then it muct work harder to guarantee at least one coach for every away game. At the momenet we can't book a ticket for match until we know there is a coach running and thats not certain until a a week before.

I think that was the club's intention this year but Astons was just too expensive for New Years Day.
The supporters club did a fine job organising one (not what you know (Sm14)) and a jolly time was had!

Coach travel seems to have turned into a lottery. We can't buy a ticket for the game until we know we can get there and we don't know about a coach until the last week too late to buy a ticket. There were many who used to go to every away match come what may but now its not worth planning.

Sets himself a very low standard and has great difficulty in maintaining it!

I tried to purchase 7 seats for the Bath away match, was told that they had tickets for the match for sale but not yet selling coach seats and would not be taking bookings until Feb 1st. When I got back from Paris I noticed on official site that Bath coach travel was available for booking, duly phoned and was told there was only 5 seats left and depending on uptake may be able to get on 2nd coach. Yes there maybe a second coach but I feel if ANYONE registers an interest at any point to travel to away matches then they should have their contact details taken and put on a database so that they can see how many would travel. I will get to matches under my own steam but much prefer to travel with like minded rugby fans Its not rocket salad, easy to take provisional bookings before they decide wether it is viable or not and tell supporters when they phone rather than disappointing a week before the match.
RANT over [:wor kid:]

I have spoken to the ticket office this morning and they are confused as to where you got that information Whatsgoingon as there are only 16 people booked on the Bath coach and the first booking was taken on the 14th January.

There are plenty of places left on the coach and match tickets are still available.

Please contact the ticket office and speak to Justine direct if you have any further queries with regards to this issue.

Got your text SW cannot reply due to poor network coverage. I have phoned ticket office, no reply so have left a message for them to call me back. The information was from the ticket office, I have to say this is not the first time that problems like this have occured. I was definitely told that the coach had only 5 spaces left when asking form7 seats and that they would only take contact details and not payment as they were unsure that a second coach would be viable. Will keep you informed of progress or lack of it

Curiouser and curiouser, the Seven seats I booked are part of the 16 bookings. Whoever took the original phone call cannot be identified, I am guessing it may have been mixed up with the quins away coach. Fingers crossed now that they can fill to make it viable
