THE WORCESTER WARRIORS
By JP
May 29 2026
Men… this club knows pain.
This club knows what it feels like to lose everything.
Administration.
Silence.
Uncertainty.
People writing the obituary of Worcester Warriors before the story was finished.
They thought Worcester was dead.
They thought the Warriors badge would become a memory.
A chapter closed forever.
But they forgot something.
You cannot kill a club built on heart.
You cannot destroy a city that refuses to quit.
And you cannot bury Warriors spirit.
Because this season — 2025/26 — was never just about rugby.
This season was about resurrection.
From day one, every single one of you carried the weight of this badge back onto your shoulders.
You carried the history of this club.
The men who wore it before you.
The battles at Sixways.
The blood, the pride, the identity of Worcester Warriors.
And through every setback, every doubt, every away ground where people questioned if we belonged…
…the supporters stood with us.
Those supporters who kept believing when there was nothing left to believe in.
The supporters who refused to let this club disappear.
The supporters who travelled every mile this season, sang every anthem louder, and carried this team when the world counted us out.
You owe them everything on Sunday afternoon.
Because this journey has been unbelievable.
Resurrected from administration.
Written off before a ball was kicked.
Yet somehow… through grit, fight, and brotherhood…
FOURTH IN THE LEAGUE.
AND THEN CAME THE GIANTS.
Ealing Trailfinders — the team that dominated the season.
The team everybody expected to lift the trophy.
The team everyone said was too powerful, too polished, too experienced.
But they had something we didn’t.
P R E S S U R E.
Because they were expected to win.
We were expected to disappear.
And when the moment came…
we showed them exactly who Worcester Warriors are.
We fought for every inch.
We hit harder.
We stood together.
And when the pressure came crashing down…
WE DID NOT BREAK.
That victory was not luck.
That victory was built on every dark day this club survived.
Now look where we are.
THE FINAL.
Sunday.
15:00.
Eighty minutes away from completing one of the greatest comebacks this sport has ever seen.
When that whistle blows on Sunday afternoon, everything before it means nothing.
League tables mean nothing.
Predictions mean nothing.
History means nothing.
What matters is who is willing to suffer more.
Who is willing to fight longer.
Who is willing to give absolutely everything for the badge on their chest.
This is not about fear.
This is not about pressure.
This is about legacy.
This is your chance to become part of
Worcester Warriors history forever.
Years from now people will talk about this season.
About the team that came back from the ashes.
About the men who brought the Warriors back to life.
About the group that refused to surrender.
So when you walk out there on Sunday… remember who you represent.
You represent every supporter who never gave up.
Every child wearing a Warriors shirt again with pride.
Every former player who built this club.
Every person who fought to keep Worcester alive.
And you represent each other
The brother next to you.
The man who bled with you all season.
The man who suffered beside you to reach this moment.
So empty the tank.
No fear.
No regrets.
No holding back.
Make every tackle mean something.
Make every carry hurt.
Fight for every inch like the club depends on it.
Because on Sunday at 15:00… this club rises together.
And when people look back
at Worcester Warriors…
let them say this was the day
The Warriors truly returned.

NOW LET’S FINISH THE STORY.
