Harkness Out!!

Chester’s experienced defender/midfielder Steve Harkness is set to miss the Seals next 2 Conference league games after limping off early during Chester’s 2-1 victory over Morecambe on Tuesday.

Harkness picked up a groin strain during City’s first home win of the season and wont be back to full fitness for 10-12 days. Hopefully for the Halifax Town away fixture on the 21st of September.

Carl Ruffer is ready to fill in for the ex Liverpool star in Chester’s next 2 games against Leigh Railway Mechanics Institute at the Deva and the away tie against Hereford United.
