Blues look to extend run

Chester will be hoping to continue their perfect away record on Saturday by beating Hereford United at Edgar Street. Mark Wright has defenders Phil Bolland and Steve Harkness available for his 16 man squad. Dave Cameron is also available after serving his 3 match ban.

Confidence is sky high in the Chester camp after the Blues took 6 points from their two midweek home ties against Morecambe and Leigh RMI. Mark Wright has more positives leading into the clash with Phil Bolland and Steve Harkness returning from injury and Dave Cameron available as the striker has served his 3 match ban.

Chester’s opponents Hereford United have started well and currently sit in place. An away tie against Hereford can be tricky as proved last season when City went down 1-0 to the Bulls in a very intimidating venue.

If Chester are victorious over the weekend they will move up to the top of the Nationwide Conference with Doncaster Rovers not in action.

Our Prediction - Hereford United 1 – 1 Chester City
