Chester who recently beat Stockport County to reach the semi final of the Cheshire senior cup have been kicked out of the competition for a breach of competition rules.
The rules state that no on-loan players can feature in any game of the Cheshire senior cup.
Chris Tate who is on a 2 month loan at the deva played in Chester's quarter final 3-1 victory over Stockport at Edgley park.
The Leyton Orient striker netted the equaliser with a fantastic 45 yard lob to take the game into extra time before Danny Bryne won the game for the blues.
Although the competition is not of major importance the dismissal from the competition is a dissapointment to many city fans.
Chester have been handed a £30 fine ontop of the dismissal.
