Myskina captures fourth title

Russian number two seed Anastasia Myskina captured her fourth title and second of the year by beating qualifier Alicia Molik on the green clay in Florida

The Russian who is currently ranked 11 in the world started well to win what seemed a tight first set 6-4. Then showed the Florida spectators that she is a big threat on the clay and up coiming French Open by dominating the second set 6-1.

Myskina is playing at next weeks Family Circle Cup at Daneil Island and could cause a big threat to the field consisting of Serena Williams, Jennifer Capriati and Lindsay Davenport.

Monica Seles who reached the final in 1997 has withdrawn due to a fractured ankle sustained weeks ago. Seles has already missed the Pacific Life Open and Indian Wells.
