Russia's Elena Dementieva defeats American Chanda Rubin in only 65 minutes to win the Wismilak International in Bali, Indonesia on Sunday. Rubin was left without a chance of winning while Dementieva said she played the best match of the year to win this title.
The Russian who was no match for Chanda Rubin won her second WTA title this year. Elena Dementieva only lost four points in the first set.
"I'm definitely a late starter usually and start to play from the end of the second set, but today from the first ball to the end I was very aggressive." said Dementieva after she had showed she was unbeatable today.
Chanda Rubin said Elena hit the right shots all the time and she didnt make a lot of unforced errors. "I started off a little bit slow and tried to give myself a chance to get into the match, but I needed another gear that I didn't have today" she adds to her comment.
