Williams Meet Again

The second straight Grand Slam Final that the Williams sisters meet. Is womens tennis starting to get boring with this rivalry????

After their Semi-Final defeats Amelie Mauresmo and Justine Henin both had their suspiscions over the Williams family. Anyone remember last year when Venus pulled out of her match seconds before going on court at Indian Wellls allowing Serena through to the final and winning the title. Then the week later Venus seemed perfectly good winning the Ericsson Open.

Whenever they meet you can almost be certain that it'll be over faster than ice cream melting in the LA sunshine.
Last years US Open saw the first Grand Slam final between the pair seeing Venus win eventhough Serena was the hottest player all way through the tournament.

Then at the French Open the match was pretty alright but nothing spectacular and Serena did deserve to win it but did Daddy Richard have a say in who wins. Ofcourse he did, its obvious that he has a lot of influence in who wins what and who plays in what tournament for publicity and the money.

Hopefully Martina Hingis and Linsday Davenport can return very soon because the womens tour is going down fast with the predictable wins.
Now that Serena is Number 1 in the world all the Williams sisters haven't got anywhere near is the Austrailian Open then hopefully if they win it they will retire.
They have no respect for the other players apart from themselves.

Lots of the tennis players out there in the top 15 have strong thoughts about the match fixing that goes on in this family, it can't be proven but we all know it exsists. All we need is for a top player to start the debate about the family then the truth will appear. Amelie Mauresmo who lost to Serena yesterday claims that this is true and Venus will win because Serena won the French Open.
We shall see in 24 hours when the Wimbledon Ladies Singles Final commences.
