Anastasia Myskina pulls out of Russian Fed Cup squad with a shoulder injury. Tatiana Golovin withdrew from the French team with a back injury and Nicole Pratt decided not to play for the fee she was presented. Aussie Coach Alexander said: “You can decide for yourself about Miss Pratt's behaviour.”
