Top seed Patty Schnyder breezed into the final of the Western and Southern Financial Group Open in Cincinnati on Saturday in comprehensive fashion. The Swiss player swept past American qualifier Beth Mattek, conqueror of third seed Jelena Jankovic in the previous round, 6-4 6-1.
