Mercedes motorsport vice president Norberg Haug thinks that McLaren will have more competition from other teams, other than their current competition, Ferrari.

In Norberg’s comments he has said that Honda will regain the ground they’ve lost, and that BMW are working hard to try and win their first grand prix. Renault will soon be as strong as they were in previous seasons. Surprisingly, he also thinks that Toyota will get something worthwhile out of this season.

Although Norberg would still prefer a McLaren driver to cross the finish line, but which one. His comments suggest that McLaren are going to do something to fend off any rival threats.
