Max Tips McLaren For Title Success

Max Mosley, president of the FIA has tipped the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes formula one team for title success in 2009, with Lewis Hamilton favourite to score another world drivers championship for the Woking based squad- the first of which that is under the leadership of new team boss, Martin Witmarsh.

Moselys comments come after the majority of thefield released their 2009 contenders, with McLarens winning in many people’sviews in the looks department. "McLarenhave done a very good job over the winter - everything indicates that” saidMosely.

During these comments, he also revealed thatMcLaren’s main contenders Ferrari look to be struggling, after the Italian teamseemed unsure of their cars pace. "Ferrari are still getting their act togetherafter a very big management change, whereas I don't think the management changeat McLaren is as big - there is more continuity,"
