Ignore Montoya, Red Bull

A big part of the Red Bull family, Gerhard Berger, has advised the Red Bull Racing squad not to target Juan Pablo Montoya as a potential racer in 2007. Berger, who owns have of the Red Bull junior team, Toro Rosso, believes RBR should choose from the 'five young drivers of tomorrow.'

The ex-F1 driver named these drivers as Renault's Heikki Kovalainen, Williams driver Nico Rosberg, BMW Sauber's Robert Kubica and his own two drivers Scott Speed and Vitantonio Liuzzi.

Berger said, "Montoya is not among them in my opinion."

Adding insult to injury for Montoya, Berger added that team mate Raikkonen was someone the team could dream about. He told The Guardian that even better than his five stars would be to "lay your hands on a Michael Schumacher, Alonso or Raikkonen."
