Rochdale sign Beech

After Chris Beech's release from Town this summer, Rochdale have just signed him on atwo year deal.

Chris Beech, released by Town this summer, has joined Third Division Rochdale.
The 27 year-old has signed a two-year contract at Spotland.
Beech will be hoping to get his career back on track after a series of injury problems which restricted his appearances at The McAlpine in the last two seasons.
He joined Town on loan from Hartlepool in November 1998 before signing permanently in February 1999 for £65,000.
His ability to score goals from midfield soon made him a favourite among Town supporters.
But as Town cut their budget, Beech was not offered a new deal when his existing contract ran out in June.
