Kevin Blackwell, the Blades' assistant manager is expecting a tough test tonight and shares Wadsworth's views about the importance of these pre-season friendlies.
When he spoke to the official site he said:
"This is another important game on the road to Coventry in less than a fortnights time. All these games are of utmost importance in preparation for the new season and Huddersfield will prove a good test for us."
We have a full strength squad as do Sheffield United with John Thorrington's slight thigh injury being the only worry, if only a small one. Former Town player Wayne Allison, now 33, is expected to feature on the bench but as with most friendlies will probably make an appearance in the second half.
The officials currently have no worries about the issue of tonight's game going ahead but will be monitoring the pitch for the next few hours.
