News that pleased many Cheltenham fans on transfer deadline day was that Hugh McAuley signed for are rivals up the M5 Kidderminster Harriers, best wishes to him in ruining them. Long serving fan Robin says his fare well to the scouser.

"To be fair, I went to see Bobby Gould. He didn't come to see me," said McAuley.
- Obviously trying to deny the fact that he is actually 5h1te and still good enough to be playing for Real Madrid.

"I'd already decided that I wanted to go back up north, because since we had our son, it has been quite difficult for us."
- Of course you did Hughie the big move to Man United was lined up for the summer, Skiddy is obviously just a stop gap.

"We both need to work and my wife Kerry works nights at Cheltenham General Hospital."
- What does this have to do with the price of rice Hughie? Surely a mega skilled player should earn enough so that your wife doesn't have to work?

"She'll get a transfer back up to Liverpool and we've already sold our house at Walton Cardiff."
- Yes Hughie but you signed for Skiddy which is in Worcestershire thirty minutes from Cheltenham if you move to Liverpool you'll still have to travel an hour and half each eway being such a football genius you obviously didn't bother with geography at school.

"McAuley said he had spoken to Nationwide Conference clubs Chester City and Morecambe, and to Nationwide League division three Rochdale and the story had been the same from all of them."
- Yes Hugh they all told you that they didn't have any funds which is a polite way of telling you, sorry sun despite this rumoured interest from Real Madrid, AC Milan and Man Utd we don't think you're good enough to play in our reserves.

"They all said that I could go there and train, but because of the cash situation they wouldn't be able to offer me anything at the moment," he said.
- No Hugh they actually meant you should catch the train home!

"Then Kidderminster's manager Ian Britton rang and suggested I should sign for him until the end of the season and take it from there."
- yep you'll fit right in there!

"The only thing I was disappointed about was when we had a dodgy spell against Stockport County, Barnsley and Colchester in February and the fans booed us."
- That would be because we don't appreciate arrogant over paid, prima donna's Hugh.

- What a shame obviously we'll be gutted to lose such a talented and committed team player, we will miss those storming runs, crunching tackles, accurate passes and all the over exciting times you brought to us NOT!!!

- Hugh in case nobody has ever told you five a-side warm up games don't count as good games!

"I told him I was unhappy because I'm a family man and I needed to get back up north, and he was really good about it."
- Yes Hugh that was why you signed for a tin pot club with backwards fans thirty minutes up the motorway because you are a family man!

Thanks for that Robin, I especially like your answer to the question entitled "I was disappointed with the fans", classic. Have a good time with the Kiddie Fiddlers Hugh but I think you will be looking for another club in the summer when they have seen you play!
