Steve Harmison has undergone a pain-killing injection which could allow him to take part in the fourth Test against South Africa.

Steve Harmison has
undergone a pain-killing injection which could allow him to take part in
the fourth Test against South Africa. The England speedster suffered a calf injury at Trent Bridge and is
considered doubtful for Headingley. ECB Chief Medical Officer Dr Peter Gregory said: "The scans Stephen had
earlier in the week suggest that he is experiencing referred pain from the
back into his right calf. "He had a pain-killing injection in his back and will be re-assessed by
the England medical team at Headingley on Thursday."
