Thomson loan bid

Hull City manager Peter Taylor has asked Rangers to let him have striker Andy Thomson on loan on for the remainder of this season.

Thomson agreed a two-and-a-half year contract with Hull last week but the Third Division club decided against completing the deal because of doubts over his long-term fitness.
