PSV news: Bring in Guus Hiddink

Tottenham need to act now and convince PSV Eindhoven coach Guus Hiddink to to join the Lilywhites. If Levy and Joe Lewis have as much power as we are lead to believe then there should be only ONE target for our next manager. It is simple, bring in Gus Hiddink asap

His achievements speak for themselves;

1986: Dutch champions (PSV)

1987: Dutch champions (PSV)

1988: Dutch champions (PSV) & European Cup

1989: Dutch champions (PSV)

1996: Quarter finals with Holland in the Euro champs

1998: World cup semi-final with Holland and a fourth place final position.

1999: Coached Real Madrid to a joint second place.

2002 World cup semi-final with South Korea. Where they lost to Germany 1-0. Korea eventually ended up in 4th place after they lost 3-2 to Turkey

2003: Dutch league champions in 1st season back with PSV. Phase 1 of the Champions league competition

2003/2004 Season: Currently 2nd place with PSV (after 7 games).


Hiddink is the first coach in World Cup history to get two different sides to the semi-finals and his achievements are second to none


This is a brief article based on FACT and I hope someone within the Spurs hierarchy sits up and takes notice. I want Spurs to look beyond second rate managers and build a club geared for continual success. We have the fan base, revenue and determination to play with the big boys. Tottenham football club needs to believe in itself once more and this will help us to release our potential. Tottenham Hotspur are still one of the richest clubs in the world and this is despite the fact we haven’t had much success for some time. If Tottenham were to find success then imagine what would happen when our potential is finally released. I have many reasons why Spurs and ENIC should approach PSV for Hiddink and I will continue to raise awareness about the man. I am going to submit more Hiddink 4 Spurs articles and will continue to highlight how good a manager he really is.

So come on Levy and Spurs lets be more pro-active for once and bring one of the most successful managers around to Tottenham.
ONce Hiddink is aware that the fans want him then he may show an interest. It has already been alleged that he wants to manage in England and this must be a very attractive opportunity to him (Remember he declined various lucrative offers to manage South Korea). He certainly beats all of the other options Tottenham are currently associated with so lets set our sights high for a change;
