And before you all think I am wandering off into some Hippy LSD fuelled trance-like trip let me explain.

I travelled to the frozen wastlelands of deepest Hertfordshire with my son and witnessed a captain of a Spurs side lift a League Championship trophy and spray Champagne everywhere. I saw the manager of a Spurs side spraying Champagne over his players. Premiership quality players as well, some of them.

The Echoes of McNamaras Band played as the team came out to receive the trophy and the sound of Queens 'We are the Champions' boomed around the ground. Well it would have if Stevenage Boro had a decent sound system .

And they beat Coventry Reserves 1-0 as well with another wondrous sight - A Johnnie Jackson screamer.

MoM was Huddlestone by a country mile in what was an interesting game with good displays from Leigh Mills at the back and Andy Barcham up front.

Hossam Ghaly looked as though he could be a good buy but he will have to curb his desire to do the clever stuff when a simple ball will suffice. He gave posession away to a hard working Coventry side a bit too much for my liking.

Dean Marney looked in a fighting mood as tempers flared on occasion but forget the game. A spurs team lifting a league trophy was what it was all about this evening. Well done lads. Lets hope the success rubs off on the first team and it's not too long before we see similar scenes at WHL.
