Darlington are the visitors to Nene Park for tomorrows Nationwide Division Three tie against second placed Rushden and Diamonds. The Diamonds will be hoping to extend their recent good form after the superb victory at Rochdale last weekend.
Brain Talbot will be unable to pick captain, Paul Underwood, and stand-in skipper, Paul Hall. Unders is unavailable due to his heel injury but has received good news this week as the heel is not fractured. Hall is away on international duty.
Gary Setchell will continue to deputise for Underwood, with Stuart Gray returning to action, following the clear up of the thigh injury sustained at Hull, to replace Hall. David Bell, who has impressed recently despite his inexperience will continue his free role on the right side of midfield.
Duane Darby will continue in attack with Onandi Lowe, after a man-of-the-match performance at Spotland. Mark Peters should once again partner Barry Hunter at the heart of the defence.
New Darlington manager Mick Tait has made an impressive start since replacing Tommy Taylor. The club have been unbeaten in three games, a significant improvement since the start of this campaign.
