Former Kidderminster Harriers defender Marcus Bignot has signed a long term deal. Meanwhile, Onandi Lowe is set to miss the vital FA Cup clash with the Harriers.

Bignot put pen to paper on an 18 month deal this afternoon, repaying Brian Talbots faith in the 28 year old. Despite a two year contract on the table from an unamed second division side he decided to stay at Nene Park, claiming that he is enjoying his time here. This is a major signing for Diamonds in their quest for automatic promotion. The door is now open for Tarkan Mustafa to finally leave the club.

Bignot will line-up against his old club tomorrow in an unchanged side. Onandi Lowe is rated as only 40/60 to make the game so Robert Duffy should continue in attack. After his first senior goal at Lincoln, David Bell should once again get the nod over Paul Hall.
