Rushden and Diamonds vs Bristol Rovers

Rushden and Diamonds will look to extend their six match unbeaten league run on Saturday when Bristol Rovers are the visitors to Nene Park. Last weekend, Rushden increased their 100% run to four games following a 2-1 victory.

Brian Talbot faces a selection dilemma with in-form strikers Robert Duffy and Duane Darby pushing for a place alongside Lowe, who is expected to start after returning from injury as a second-half substitute against Kidderminster. Stuart Gray is rated as 50-50 to make the game as a consequence of his thigh strain sustained five minutes into the second half of Tuesdays game. David Bell should start on the left wing if the Scotsman does not make the game.

The Bristol club have received bad news this week, the plans to build a super stadium have been suspended indefinitely by Bristol council. However, Rovers have signed two players recently who may be involved, Graham Hyde and Bradley Allen will both be in the squad.

Diamonds can close the gap on Third Division leaders Hartlepool, who face a difficult test against Kidderminster Harriers.
