Bangor to make Sharpe signing

Bangor City are on the verge of bringing former Manchester United and England international Lee Sharpe to Farrar Road.
The 31 year old winger knows 'Citizens' manager Peter Davenport from their time at Manchester United. The pacey winger's CV is certainly impressive, with spells at Torquay, Manchester United, Bradford City, Sampdoria and Portsmouth.
At Manchester United, Sharpe made over 200 appearances at Old Trafford and was capped 8 times by England. He will link up with former team-mates Clayton Blackmore and Simon Davies at Farrar Road.
However BBC Sport report that Sharpe has signed for Icelandic club Grindavik. It remains to be seen what the truth is, and we'll let you know when we know for sure!
