Cwmbran stretched their unbeaten run to 9-games, in an instantly forgettable game at Cwmbran Stadium.

Chances were limited for both sides, and each registered just 1 meaninful attempt at goal in the entire game.

The closest Druids came was after 62-minutes, a flicked header from a long throw forcing Marty Ellacott into a fine point blank save.

Cwmbran's only good effort was in the 2nd minute of injury time, again from a long throw. Warton flicked on and the ball rebounded off the crossbar. It looked as if any one of a couple of Town players would bundle in the loose ball, before it fell kindly into the arms of Druid's keeper Stuart McIntosh.

Cwmbran now have 6 clean sheets in the last 9, but they're desperately lacking a prolific centre forward in the Lloyd Williams mould. They need to search long and hard in the summer for such a player
