From Flexsys to...NEWI

Cefn Druids have announced a major sponsorship deal with North East Wales Institute of Higher Education for next season, which will involve them changing their name from Flexsys to NEWI Cefn Druids FC.

The deal, which was announced today on the NEWI Cefn Druids website www.cefndruids.co.uk will 'further strengthen the links already in place between both parties in relation to providing quality education and football coaching as part of our academy scheme'.

NEWI will replace Flexsys as the Ancient's major sponsors after their 5 year deal terminated at the end of the season. Druids were keen to thank Flexsys for their support, which included providing floodlights in order for the club to play in the Welsh Premier.

Finally, the Wrexham based club announced that the deal would be 'a major boost to their ambition to become, once again, one of the leading clubs in the Principality.'
