 JIWS ON THE MOVE

Record breaking striker Marc Lloyd Williams has been surprisingly placed on the transfer list by Bangor City

Bangor are looking for a fee, after only signing him from Conference club Southport mid-season on an 18 month contract. 'Jiws' had only departed Farrar Road last summer. 'Citizens' manager Peter Davenport told BBC Wales "I think it's in everybody's interest if there is a parting. We need the money and Marc is probably our most sellable asset. If we can get some money that'll help us for the Intertoto Cup and to keep on a sound footing for next season."

2 Welsh Premier clubs have already made enquiries about the prolific striker, with new-boys CPD Porthmadog reportedly being interested in bringing him back home to the 'Traeth' ready for their first season back in the top-flight.

There have been rumours of 'Jiws' struggling with his fitness levels, and Davenport has confirmed that he is looking at bringing in a number of 'quality' players before they begin their Intertoto Cup campaign next month. Jiws will follow the Blues' player of the season Simon Davies out of Farrar Road, after the former Manchester United star joined rivals T.N.S last week, after being lured by a 2 year professional contract and UEFA Cup football.
