Raynor the Canadian Arrives at Port

Port Talbot Town have completed the signing of Canada's U-23 International goalkeeper Simon Raynor. Raynor, who has had spells at Barry Town, Salisbury and Bournemouth, impressed during a summer trial at Victoria Road.

Talbot manager, Mark Jones was delighted with the coup. He told www.porttalbotafc.co.uk "It is important we have strength in all areas and to sign a keeper of Simon’s calibre is a huge boost for the club."

Raynor, who is expected to make his league debut on Saturday at Cwmbran was equally pleased to have sealed the deal. "I am delighted to have signed for Port Talbot Town and am looking forward to the challenges ahead. There is a very talented squad of players here and I am delighted to be a part of it"
