The 11th of November will see every Welsh Premier club meet to discuss preperations to comply with new UEFA ground licensing criteria, which will most likely need to be in place for the start of next season.
The FAW are likely to insist that by the start of the 2004-05 domestic season, every Welsh Premier club must have:
1) 500 seats
2) Hard standing around the pitch
3) Club doctor on call at all games
4) Professional stewards
5) Purpose-built police control room
6) Press room
7) Photographers' room
8) Drug-testing facilities.
The new licensing criteria is already causing bother for Ireland's Eircom League clubs, as the FAI are one of the the first associations to implement the scheme.
