Although Boxing Day crowds were once again promising, the league's average attendance at the half way point of the season has disappointingly dropped from last season's average.

This season's league average currently stands at 280.9, a drop from last season's average crowd of 284.

However one positive point can be the success of the traditional Boxing Day matches, with all clubs experiencing a rise above their average attendances from the festive program.
