In today's Welsh Cup 4th round action, all our Welsh Premier clubs facing lower league opposition avoided embarrassment - although giantkillers Glantraeth pushed Welshpool all the way to extra time. UWIC Inter Cardiff will be the only non-WP team in the 5th round, after they beat Bridgend.
