Rhyl manager John Hulse has secured the acquisition of 23-year-old midfielder Michael Keegan ahead of Rhyl's Champions League clash with Skonto Riga. The youngster has Football League experience with Swansea City.
Rhyl have added another name to their squad as they aim to build on the domestic success of last season with a run in the European Cup. The North Welsh outfit face a tough task against Skonto Riga, but have been boosted by the addition of highly-rated youngster Michael Keegan to their squad.
The 23-year-old midfielder has joined John Hulse's side in time to be registered for the Champions League qualification matches, which adds further depth to the Lilywhites' squad. Keegan started his career as a teenager with Swansea City, before enjoying spells with Kidderminster Harriers and Marine. He is expected to have quite an impact at Belle Vue, and Rhyl supporters seem delighted with the acquisition.
