Today's Welsh Premier action saw Llanelli rise out of the relegation zone at the expense of Afan Lido with a fine 4-1 at fellow strugglers Caernarfon. At the top Bangor and Cwmbran boosted their European hopes with victories over Port Talbot and Connah's Quay respectively.
