PONTYPRIDD vs. GLASGOW

    After a disappointing display against the Scottish Borders last Friday, Pontypridd will be looking to do a better job against another Scottish opponent, Glasgow. Glasgow are a very good team when they play at home however, traveling down to Wales has caused them some problems in the past.  They have never beaten Ponty at Sardis Road but they will be looking to change that this weekend after good displays against Bridgend, Leinster and Cardiff so far.

   Pontypridd will have this week been lifted by the news that Geraint Lewis and club captain Mefin Davies have been passed fit to play against Glasgow but Lynn Howells has decided not to name his team just yet.

   Both players and supporters will be hoping for a Pontypridd win this weekend and should they get it they will be in a strong position to go through to the Quarter Finals of the Celtic League.

 Tommy Hayes (Glasgow) - Very talented outside half/ centre

Sonny Parker (Pontypridd) - Will be looking to get back to his form of last season

Neil Jenkins (Pontypridd) - His kicking skills could be the difference between the teams
