Loader moves to Rotherham

The Bridgend Pontypridd regional team have reacted to the news that Christian Loader is joining Rotherham by promoting Phil Booth from the Bridgend semi professional team to the regional team.

Christian Loader who has played for Pontypridd before he moved to Bridgend had rejected a one year contract from the region, instead opting to join fellow Welsh players including Geraint Lewis, Jason Strange and Jon Pritchard in the newly promoted Rotherham squad.

We also understand that the newco headquarters will be based in Pencoed where there are facilities including training pitches, a gymnasium and video analysis room.
