Celtic Warriors 40 - 17 Connacht
Despite a scare early on when Connacht raced into a 17 - 3 lead, the Warriors, missing eight internationals went on to score 4 tries and comprehensively beat Connacht in front of a small crowd at the Brewery Field.
Captain for the night Jon Bryant and winger Aisea Havili brought the Warriors back into contention with a try each in the first half. Neil Jenkins added the conversions for both tries as well as a penalty to leave the score at 17 - 17 going into the interval.
In the second half Jenkins added a further 3 penalty attempts as well as converting two further tries from Chris Horsman and Ryan Jones which gave the Warriors a bonus point and moves them up to 4th place in the table, only 7 points behind the leaders Ulster who visit the Brewery Field on 12th March.
