Moffett MUST Resign

This is a call from a geniune supporter of Welsh rugby for David Moffett CEO of the WRU to resign, this Celtic Warriors situation has simply made your position untenable and you must go.

From the moment you took up the job you promised heartbreak, and that you have got.

Lets look at the reasons I call for your resignation:

The regional structure, its not ideal is it? What we basically have are 3 "SUPER" clubs and 2 patched up regions. Was this your vision for regional rugby? I hope not. If you had had any kind of man in you you would have made it regional and not born out of the clubs as that leaves obvious problems.

The Warriors situation - embarrasing to say the least isn't it? You have made Welsh rugby thr laughing stock of the whole world once again. Did you buy the Warriors didn't you?

ONE thing is for sure you broke a promise to Samuels that the Warriors would be kept going.

Quite simply you are a joke and the sooner you quit the happier I will be.

Why 4 teams? Just because your finances are in a mess? Sell the stadium is obvious? How can a sport where you get 70,000 people at home games and mass shirt sales be in trouble? Ask yourself that?

Then there are the various mess ups during the season. The loss of the "A" team, well done on that. Not presenting trophies to teams after they win competitions from under 12s to even Bridgend last season had to fund there own trophies, penny pinching at best.

South Africa, lets schedule a game during a Heineken Cup weekend? Well done on that try checking your diary.

Ebbw Vale, not getting relegated? They finished last, you can't move the goalposts.

To be honest these debacles make us a laughing stock.

Welsh rugby used to be something we could all be proud of, you have filled me with nothing but anger about something I love.

DO THE DECENT THING AND TENDER YOUR RESIGNATION BEFORE ITS TOO LATE MR MOFFETT
