The World reacts to Jenson Button's first win

The world at large has reacted positively to Jenson Button's maiden win in the Hungarian Grand Prix, with newspapers across the globe praising the Englishman.

'Button ends long wait to find formula for success' reads the headline in The Times, while the Daily Mail runs with 'It's lucky 113 for Jenson Button'. The Guardian has the more sober headline of 'Button holds nerve to win first grand prix' against the Telegraph's 'Button savours the 'wow factor' of first win', a nod to Jenson's opening comment in the post race press conference.

Touching upon Button's racing history, and how long ago he started, the Daily Express proclaim Sunday's race to be a 'Dream come true for the eight year old'.

Unusually for the tabloid papers, the headlines were fairly reserved, The Mirror going with unexciting, if factual, 'Button wins at last', while The Star quotes the driver as saying 'I'm so numb with joy'.

It's left to The Sun to squeeze in the first pun, declaring 'Jenson Honda top at last'. Moving overseas, the Edmonton Journal isn't to be outdone, saying 'Jenson Buttons up first F1 win'.
