Anthony Davidson and James Rossiter began the Honda Racing F1 Team's final test of the 2006 season at the Jerez circuit in Spain yesterday. The circuit was damp early in the morning session following overnight rain but soon dried out enabling both drivers to begin their morning programmes.

In chassis RA106-06 Anthony spent the morning working on chassis set-up, with James also completing some set-up runs in chassis RA106-02, followed by an electronic systems evaluation.

Anthony completed a quick set-up run after the lunch break before running through the Brazilian Grand Prix tyre options. He also ran some electronic system checks completing a total of 120 laps today.

James also worked on a tyre programme this afternoon looking at the tyre for Brazil. He finished off with a short aero evaluation, completing 119 laps over the day.

Jenson Button will join the team in Jerez today to take over from Anthony in chassis RA106-06.
