The FIA today revealed the official entry list for 2003, and it contains few surprises for British American Racing. The BAR entry confirms the long-established fact that Jacques Villeneuve will partner Jensen Button, and that the team will use Honda engines.
The official team name appears as Lucky Strike BAR Honda, and the team will race with numbers 16 and 17.
Other interesting information from other teams include...
Arrows: The team have been denied an entry into the 2003 FIA Formula One World Championship, The FIA have communicated the details to Arrows.
Minardi: Their engine supplier is listed as TBA, however Minardi announced earlier today that a deal has been secured with Cosworth to run the same specification units as Jordan. The drivers remain unnamed, but Minardi do not technically have to announce them until 6 March 2003.
Jordan: Still without a main title sponsor, Jordan are listed as just Jordan Ford, with Takuma Sato currently not listed as the second driver, fuelling rumours that Eddie Jordan is to dispense of Sato's services and bring in a driver with more sponsor support.
