BAR commence Silverstone test

Lucky Strike BAR Honda is undertaking a four-day test this week at Silverstone to finalise car specification for the opening Grand Prix of the 2044 season in Melbourne on 7 March.

The test started on Monday morning with Takuma Sato driving the sole BAR Honda 2004 Concept car. It was a very productive day with Taku completing 83 laps and setting the fastest lap time.

Jenson will join the test programme on Tuesday taking over from Takuma.
