BAR's gearbox ban: "It is not true."

There has been much speculation in recent weeks about Lucky Strike BAR Honda's advanced gearbox being banned following new rules worked out by the Technical Working Group. We've not covered them here as, unlike a number of other sites, we'd rather have the facts.

The facts have now emerged, and the gearbox has not been banned, at least not according to a BAR spokesperson quoted as saying "It is not true that the new BAR-Honda gearbox has been banned for next year."

That clears that up.
