Jenson and Anthony at Jerez: Friday Report

Jenson Button continued his running in chassis 078-07 on Friday morning morning. He ran through a chassis set-up programme alongside a tyre evaluation for Michelin, completing 65 laps.

He continued the tyre evaluation in the afternoon session, completing a further 56 laps to take his final lap tally for the day to 121 laps. Jenson set the third fastest time of the day - a 1:19.470.

Anthony was back in the car this morning, taking over from James Rossiter in chassis 078-08. He ran through various engine settings and a tyre evaluation, completing 65 laps in the morning session. Anthony then continued with general set-up work in the afternoon and completed 103 laps in total today.

The Honda Racing F1 Team completed a total of 547 laps and 2423kms in Jerez this week. The team's next three-day test will start at the same circuit next Wednesday.
