Eddie Jordan tips Jenson Button for title glory

Eddie Jordan has tipped Honda Racing F1's Jenson Button for title glory in the near future, and the ex-F1 team boss says it's all down to Honda.

"Jenson Button, having ruled himself out of many winning teams, was starting to look unlikely as a future champion," the ex-Jordan team boss told The Sunday Mirror, "but now that Honda have bought BAR this team are his best and, perhaps, only chance of winning the title."

Eddie believes that Jenson's well publicised contractual difficulties over the last two years has damaged his value to other teams, but that's of little relevance if Honda can supply a world championship title.

"In all their years BAR have never won a race, but Honda have a completely different mindset," continued Jordan. "I should know as they brought me my first win. Jenson should stay glued to the Honda dream."
