Jenson and Rubens continue on day two at Barcelona

The weather conditions have returned to warm and sunny for the second day of the Honda Racing F1 Team's test in Barcelona, with ambient temperatures of 25°C and a track temperature of 35˚C.

Jenson Button spent the morning session in chassis RA106-02 running through a comprehensive tyre evaluation looking at various options for the forthcoming British Grand Prix. He then worked through an aero programme in the afternoon session, completing a total of 109 laps today.

Rubens Barrichello began his day with an aero evaluation in chassis RA106-06, followed by a tyre programme over longer runs in the afternoon session. He completed a total of 98 laps.

Anthony Davidson and James Rossiter will take over from the two race drivers tomorrow for the final day of the test in chassis RA106-02 and RA106-06 respectively.
