Watch Wales Train For Free Today

If you’re lucky enough to be off from work today, then why not head down to the Millennium Stadium to watch Wales take part in a training game for free!

Let’s be honest, it’s been a very long off season already, one which is compounded by the knowledge that the Rugby World Cup begins in just 1 month – I say just to try and convince myself it’s not actually that long – and the rugby cravings have well and truly set in.

Well good news! Today you can get your fill and for free, as Wales undertake an open training session at the Millennium Stadium, an event which is free for fans.

Gates open at 2.30pm before the rugby kicks off at 3 O’clock. The 90 minute session will see players put through their paces before a short training match, refereed by Nigel Owens.
