Would be interested in changes that have been made ahead of the introduction of the u23 side. And any players expected to make a step up next season similar to Owen Lane in the season just gone.

I'd like to understand the difference between academy and tracked players, I assume one kind is paid and the other isn't. I would also like to know how closely integrated is the academy and senior squad training and how much game time the academy players are getting and for who. As TTC mentioned it would be interesting to know if the academy is now going to need to expand to help support the u23 competition. It would be good if it did as it seems to be producing some very good players and a wider pool of them can only help the future of the senior team.... I notice Leinster have 22 boys in their academy and we have 11.
