Who Am I Quiz?

The next quiz is upon us. I hope you are enjoying this weekly challenge. It is difficult to gauge the best era to go with for you the readers and not to make them too easy or too difficult. Anyhow, best of luck with this one.
Who Am I Quiz?
- I was born in 1954 in Exeter, England.
- I started my rugby career with Exeter before moving to Cardiff RFC in 1978.
- I played 34 times for my country, scoring just the one try.
- For Cardiff, I played 268 times and was on the winning team 200 times.
- At Cardiff, I scored 36 tries and played for ten years. I retired in 1988.
