Time for the Sunday quiz again, where you try to guess the identity of the player in question. The very best of luck!
Who Am I Quiz?
- I was born in Cardiff in 1982.
- My debut was for Cardiff RFC in 2000.
- I represented Wales at under 16, under 19, under 21 levels and also played for Wales in 7's
- Also as well as playing at the above levels, I made my full senior international debut for Wales in 2005 against Italy.
- I went onto win eight caps at full international level for Wales.
- In 2010 after playing 49 times for Cardiff I left Cardiff Arms Park, moving to play for local rivals, The Dragons.
- Following on from a number of injuries, I made the decision in 2011 to retire from professional rugby at the age of 28.
