Who Am I Quiz?

Here it is the Sunday quiz. Can you guess from the clues who the player is? The very best of luck.
- I was born in 1960 in Cardiff
- During my career, I never played a full international for my country but did represent them at youth level
- I made my debut for Cardiff RFC in 1979.
- I captained Cardiff RFC a number of times, something I am very proud of.
- My brother also played for Cardiff RFC during my playing career.
- After 15 years and 192 games which we won 130 of those games, I left Cardiff RFC
- My rugby career ended at Penarth RFC where again I captained the club.
